FUNNEL: Sport Administrator is a profile based system that provides invaluable tools for club administrators, coaches, conveners, referee management and referees. The Scheduler calendars communicate with site users in a powerful manner, showing weekly or monthly views by almost any criteria that you can think of. Email keeps everybody connected right up to the last minute. And all of this can be safely and securely done from any web-enabled computer. No special software is required.

Build, Schedule, Roster and Manage your Season

• Manage Seasons: build and manage each season separately, run concurrent seasons, and maintain historical records of all schedules, game results and assigned staff/volunteers.
• Categories & Divisions: build and name categories and divisions according to your club name conventions (If you’re also using FUNNEL: Sport™ Registrar, categories and divisions are automatically imported from your registration configuration into your scheduler)
• Teams: create, manage and roster teams with detailed screen data presentation, including:

  • Roster list (available players) pre-screened for the chosen club category

Referees

• Assign & Notify Referees: assign available referees to games. System automatically filters ages or qualification requirements to ensure that only those refs qualified are made available. Schedules are compiled weekly, in advance, and notifications are provided by email when schedules are complete
